The walk began at 10:00 a.m. and continued until 1:00 p.m., taking participants through different&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">parts of Lefke before returning to the park for activities and entertainment programs. Along the route, many participants had the opportunity to experience parts of the town they had never fully noticed before, making the event feel more personal than just a regular community walk.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For some attendees, including students living in&nbsp;Lefke, the event became a chance to connect more&nbsp;closely with the town and discover local places such&nbsp;as schools, public buildings, and other areas often&nbsp;overlooked in daily life. Ticket sales from the event&nbsp;contributed to fundraising efforts for cancer research,&nbsp;while organizers also highlighted the importance of&nbsp;cancer awareness and community support.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parents, students, and local residents remained&nbsp;actively involved throughout the day, showing strong&nbsp;participation from the Lefke community.
